You will receive:

• Transaction Coordination - Licensed Transaction Coordinator, who assists in every aspect of the transaction from sending documents, making sure mortgage commitment is met to following up with attorneys to make sure closing is set. They don't just make sure your paperwork is set - they assist with every step along the way.

• Marketing Coordination - Skilled Marketing Coordinator, who assists with everything from entering your listing into the MLS, creating your CMAs, posting on SM and over 20 other steps for each Listing...and more!

• Contract/ Paperwork support

Our team is looking for motivated sales minded candidates. You will be responsible for assisting your clients through the home buying or home selling experience.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients on market conditions

• Build your business through outbound lead generation techniques

• Manage your clients expectations and experience throughout the sales process.

• Effectively negotiate on client’s behalf

• Attend weekly office/ sales meetings

Qualifications:

• Sales: 1 Year (Preferred)

• Reliable transportation

• Laptop and cell phone

• Flexibility to work both evenings and weekends

• Competitive mindset

• Willingness to learn

• Coachable

Pay: $50,000.00 - $1,000,000.00 per year potential earnings
